Less Than Jake station on Pandora
Having a moment right now. Also Cece thinks it’s hilarious when I sing along with really fast lyrics. I think it is slightly sad that I can’t remember friend’s birthdays without Facebook but I still know Catch 22 lyrics as well as I did at 15. Ok I gotta go… Rancid is on.

So…I have been cut off from calling my sister for the rest of the month. 19 days in to January I single-handedly caused her to go over her minutes for the month. Lonely little me made too many calls to her, oops!

I am forever indebted to my good friend and freshman college roommate, Julia, for getting me into Modern Family. I love this show so much that I set the DVR for new episodes but always watch it live and then re-watch over and over. It is a relationship with a tv show like one I have never had before. LOVE. LOVE! LOVEEE!
Big Girl Update
Ok so I put her down to bed an hour ago. We did a really long bath (to exhaust her further) and then I got her in her pjs and read about 10 books. We continued our normal bedtime routine which meant it was time to bid goodnight to Beaux-dog. She told him goodnight and then sprinted to her room and climbed onto her bed. (I was NOT expecting her to do that!)

SLUSHTASTIC
There are 6 inches of slush outside. And it is rainy and cold and windy so we only got to play for a few minutes and I couldn’t take a camera, boooo! But Cece enjoyed it and just kept saying “Snow. Snow! Snow.” Also she slept in until almost 9 this morning! I think the sledding squealing maniacs that I was cursing last night kept her up too. Also, I’m not shoveling....
I finally took down the Christmas tree today! Wooo!!! Go Me!!! … Ugh, much like other moments in my life (for example, the day I declared my major in college) I expected some confetti to fly or a balloon to be handed to me or a round of applause but all I got was the “satisfaction” of doing something that needed to get done. LAME.
But on the plus side, I won’t have to cut...

Adventures in Potty Training? and another random...
We bought BIG GIRL UNDIES (yes, all caps) today! “Bell! Bell!” aka Tinkerbell. Please pray for me that I did not just totally jinx this process.
Also today: We received a package from Australia, one from Philly and three from New Jersey. My house was finally clean and I was JUST finding perfect little places for Cece’s new toys… and then 2nd Christmas came! Boxes,...

I don’t care much about followers (I have less than 30 anyway and a lot of my friends follow my blog but don’t use tumblr) but it scared me to think I might have annoyed someone who I really like. Phew!
I know I haven’t been good about posting lately but I will get back to it soon. My schedule is crazy right now.
In 20 month old news: Cece apparently made a resolution to potty train in 2011. She went once on the potty yesterday and TWICE today. She sits on her potty backwards which is … interesting… but hey, whatever works!
FINAL VENT OF 2010: I want to go to bed now but the dog’s hatred of fireworks is for sure going to keep me up til past midnight. In other news watching the ball drop alone apparently makes me weep remembering being in Times Square with my boyfriend ringing in 2006 <3 But mostly I am just fuming about this damn dog who will likely wake up the baby.
